To protect your rights and enjoy comprehensive after-sales service, we recommend that you promptly complete the electronic warranty registration through official channels after purchasing the product. The following is a clear and concise operation guide to help you quickly complete registration and inquiry.

 

Step 1: Visit the official website:

 www.carbins.net

 

Step 2: Start registering for the electronic warranty

1. Log in/Register an account

Click the "Sign In" button at the top right corner of the page to log in/create an account:

If you already have an account, enter your email and password to log in directly.

If you are a new user, please click "Create one" to create an exclusive account.

2. Select the user role and confirm the role

Select the corresponding role based on your identity (Car Owner User/Store User/Dealer User).

Store users, please select the "Store Registration" option.

3. Fill in account information

Fill in accurate store information as prompted and ensure that the contact information is valid.

4. Complete account registration

After verifying that all the information filled in above is correct, click the "Create an account" button. The system will redirect to your exclusive personal account page, as shown in the figure below:

5. Select warranty category

After accessing the exclusive account for store users, select the "Warranty" option on the account page.

Click the "Add Warranty" button to add warranty information.

6. Fill in warranty information

Fill in the relevant warranty information as prompted, click "Add product series" to fill in product information, and bind the purchased product. (Special reminder for store users: Please complete and verify store information, including store avatar/logo. Accurate store information will facilitate: quick connection of after-sales service, accurate matching of customer inquiries, and efficient handling of subsequent service follow-ups.)

If you want to show your works to customers, you can upload exquisite photos and click "Post blog" to publish them on the platform. We greatly appreciate your sharing!

 

7. Submit warranty information

After verifying that all filled-in information is correct, click the "submit" button to submit the warranty information and complete the warranty registration.

 

Step 3: Inquiry about warranty status

After successful warranty registration, you can check the warranty status at any time.

 

1. Inquiry via account login

Revisit the official website and log in to your registered account.

2. Access the "WARRANTY INQUIRY" quick inquiry channel

You can enter the License plate number / mobile phone number / VIN in the search box to inquire about the warranty.

3. Inquiry about detailed warranty information

Here, you will see a list of successfully registered products, including:

Warranty Status: Whether the product is under warranty

Warranty Validity Period: Clear start and end dates

Detailed Product Information: The name, model, roll core code, etc., of the purchased product is filled in during registration

Methods to obtain a warranty certificate:

1. Issued by the store on behalf

After successful registration, the store administrator can download the electronic warranty card from their official account (as shown in the figure above) and send it directly to the car owner for retention.

2. Self-inquiry by the car owner

Car owners can visit the Carbins official website (www.carbins.net) at any time, use the "Warranty Inquiry" function, and enter relevant information (such as license plate number/mobile phone number/VIN) to inquire about, download, and print the electronic warranty certificate by themselves.

 

Important Reminders and Operation Specifications for Store Partners

1.It is recommended that store users complete the registration within 3 days after purchasing the product, and enter the information promptly to prevent the loss or forgetting of customer information, ensuring that all sold products are traceable.

 

2.Ensure that all entered information is 100% accurate, including:

Customer Information: Car owner's name, contact phone number, license plate number, VIN, etc.

Product Information: Product name, model, roll core code (ensure consistency with the physical label code)

Construction Information: Accurate installation and construction date
